We often allow the lows of our journey to get the best of us. We forget why we started, letting our worries get the best of us. It is in these times we need to remember and utter the words “follow your heart”

This custom made sticker is designed by me in honor of a woman we all know and love. Monique Doughty, or “Nurse Mo” (@iamnursemo on Instagram) is known for her resilience and strength as a nurse. She embodies real, genuine, and raw inspiration (hence the anatomical heart) while bringing the beautiful aspect of living through the highs and the lows (hence the wings) by achieving an overall message: Follow Your Heart.
